The Venue
Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa (Handwritten Collection), Kawasan Pariwisata Nusa Dua, Bali. The ceremony is on the beach lawn, dinner follows right there.

Getting There
The main group flies out on Monday, 28 September on IndiGo (Garuda codeshare) via Singapore, from both Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Single-ticket itineraries, bags checked through, no self-transfer drama.
Booking your own? Stick to a single PNR with at least 20 kg checked baggage included. Budget-airline "deals" with separate tickets are how holidays go wrong.

Before You Fly
- e-Visa on Arrival (e-VoA) Do this first Apply online before you fly, IDR 500,000-ish, valid 30 days. Skip the airport counter queue entirely.
- All Indonesia Arrival Card Within 72 hrs Fill it online within 72 hours of landing. You'll get a QR code, keep it handy at immigration.
- Bali Tourist Levy (Love Bali) IDR 150,000 One-time levy per person. Pay online before arrival and save the receipt QR.
Passport: 6+ months validity from arrival date. Check this today, not at the airport.
What to Wear
Light, breezy, colourful. Linen shirts, sundresses, kurtas, whatever keeps you happy in 30°C with a sea breeze. Footwear you can lose in the sand. Leave the three-piece suit at home, it will win no arguments with the humidity.
